Shipping
All orders are usually processed between 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after processing. Expected arrival time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. If there are any problems or concerns with your order regarding shipping, tracking, or processing, please contact me at bananamade.life@gmail.com
If you entered the wrong mailing address, contact me at bananamade.life@gmail.com and include the Order Number found on your order confirmation email or text, I'll surely be able to fix it. It is too late to make any changes to shipping addresses once you have a shipping notification email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout through USPS. I currently offer USPS First-Class, Priority, and Priority Express. to anywhere in the United States, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Refund & Return Policy
Refunds and replacements are only applicable if something has arrived broken or if I sent you an incorrect item. Please contact me if this happens to you. Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
